Sinolea® Cold-Drip Extraction Technology

Rapanelli is the inventor of the Sinolea® extraction method, the only non-centrifugal olive oil extraction technology based on surface tension. The Sinolea system gently separates oil droplets from the paste without centrifugal force, allowing the production of exceptionally high-quality oil with minimal oxidation and mechanical stress. Sinolea technology can operate as a standalone extraction method or be integrated into hybrid extraction lines.
